hehehe Ok, I bought a $50 Suzuki TS125 dirt bike that obivously doesn't run. I took it to Two Wheels in Beech Grove and had the Coil tested and it's fine. The guy there (wish I'd got his name) said the points were most likely bad or corroded or just off. To be on the safe side and save gas, I bought a set of points since they were cheaper than driving back there and picked up an air filter since it has none.
My question is, is there anyone in the Indy area that could help me work on this thing and get it running? I have never owned a bike before and could really use some help. So could the bike!
Keep in mind this is 1978 kick start bike. Not like these newer, cooler, tricked out bikes of today. I also plan on turning this into a daily driver, even for winter time.
I'll get pics on just as soon as I can. Also, if anyone knows where I can find some info on this TS125 that would be awesome. I found a parts website, but an online/pdf repair manual or something would be awesome! If someone can come help me out, I'll buy the beer!
