I got thinking that we don't have official sites to check for which states a given state recognizes, so today, I went through the web and found those official sites. State names in Orange recognize only for residents of the issuing state. State names in Green are Constitutional Carry states.

Above are the 17 states that at this writing, do not recognize Indiana. Ten of them do not recognize anyone's except their own. Washington State refuses us because we have the temerity to issue the LTCH to peaceable, law-abiding 18-, 19-, and 20- year olds. I've seen no reasoning why DE, MN, NE, NV, NM, and SC refuse to recognize us.

DE recognizes FL, AZ, and UT non-resident, though, and UT also covers NE, NV, and WA.
SC requires land ownership in their state for their non-resident carry permission slip, but won't recognize our LTCH.
I have no information on MN.
An AZ permit will get you recognition in NM.

I think Satan will be shoveling snow off his driveway before the other 10 recognize anyone else's license voluntarily.

List above was updated in Feb. 2017.

    Blessings,
    Bill
