A bit of an update, then:
Mark Fiorino Update, Philadelphia Open Carry Case | Cop Block

Back in April of 2011, assuming the docket sheet has the correct date, Mark was charged with disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment by the Philadelphia Police Department and the case proceeded to trial for preliminary arraignment.

In October of 2011, Mark was found not guilty on both accounts.

Today, 2/14/12, Mark filed a federal civil rights lawsuit with the help of his lawyer and the ACLU of Pennsylvania.

Fellas it just came across my FB page and I didnt notice the year, hadnt seen it here, and felt it pertained to us all.

    I am at your mercy.
As underboss of da regions' pinkfather, I will let is slide; but, you will be harassed mercilessly until someone else makes a bigger boo-boo.

Had me worried for a minute, it was deja-vu all over again until I looked at the date the third time and saw 2011.

Just to pile on guilt - me too.

But, to add something, I find Philly to be a pretty decent town. I carried my .45 all the time there, but CC. I had one interaction with a LEO - he was writing a ticket for my car when I came out of the store. He actually "tore up" the ticket he was writing! :D (not, literally, but rescinded it)

PS Just be carefully there, it's easy to find yourself on a bridge to NJ!
