 | honestly im not one that is even taken out of the vehicle when stopped but even if i was geuss what put it in your trunk without a warrant they cannot search your trunk even if they have probable cause or whatever trunk is off limits and geuss what happens when they do search your trunk without a warrant and a gun is found... the evidence is dismissed due to improper search and seizure. so worst case is a few days in jail and some money but hey depending on the situation it could be worth it. and you can always say your on your way home from a purchase or your taking it to get repaired. -zack- |
