 | Why do you have a florida non-resident? http://www.nraila.org/recmap/floridarec.pdf It makes no sence to have a Florida non-resident when Indiana is recognized in Florida. If you are a resident in Indiana, get an Indiana permit and solve both the problems as Indiana is recognized in both states. Check this website. stay safe
