Need help with permit application.

I have some issues with the permit application that has been stopping me from applying.

I have 2 different handgun permit forms that I got from 2 different counties, at different times. One from Marion county I got early last year, and one from Hamilton County I got last December. One question has stopped me from applying, AND has two different wordings depending on which form you look at.

Marion County (has State seal and the title "Application For Handgun License")
"Have you ever been treated for psychiatric health care or an emotional or mental illness"

Hamilton County (no state seal "Hamilton County Sheriff Firearm Permit Application")
"Have you ever been treated for psychiatric health care of an emotional or mental illness"

What is the current and correct wording? It bothers me that Hamilton county does not have a official looking form. and that it has a difference in wording for an official looking form.

I have a very mild form of a learning disability (they say it's asperger's syndrome), that I received help for from a psychiatrist, including medication, from age 6 till around 20.

Anyone else have a "learning disability" that they included on the form and still got their permit?
