Carrying in more than 33 states?

Beside the IN and UT non-resident permits is there any way to get anymore of the remaining 17 states?

Yes, you just have to contribute a lot of money to political fund raisers and wine and dine the powers that be.

You can get NR permits in ME, MA, CT (theoretically in MD & NJ, but good luck!), buy land in SC, CA, OR, NY & KS & get a resident permit. That's about it. You are out of luck in IL. WI & HI.

I wonder how much land you have to actually own.....I'm sure I could get my friend to sell me a square foot out of his back yard in SC.

Move to Michigan and apply for your CPL. Then you would be good for 35 states without having to have a UT non resident permit. Just a thought

You can get a Virginia non resident permit as well.

This is a bill in committee in Congress for all of the states recognizing other state permits. Send all of our legislators an email urging them to vote Aye on HR 197 and HR 17 and Nay on HR 45. This is a webite where you can get all of the info on the bills that are pending in congress. stay safe
