Would the clerk have been in the right shooting this guy when he walked back in with the gun? I'm conflicted, the gun wasn't actually in a firing position, but it only takes a split second.

The Perp raised the gun so the clerk was most justified in shooting. After an altercation with fists and a bat just walking back in with the gun in his hand is enough justification for me. I'm not going to give him the chance to shoot me if I were the clerk. The only reason the perp didn't shoot the clerk is because the clerk saw him coming and had sights on him as he walked up to the counter. Clerk without gun drawn in that situation is most likely a dead clerk.

That customer was crazy! Just la-de-da through a bun battle. Oh well, EVERYONE involved in the gun battle shot sideways. Probibly the best place for her, between them.

He could face charges of reckless endangerment, and attempted armed robbery? What about assault with a deadly weapon and or attempted homicide? WTF

I think if I was in that situation, I would have fired as soon as I got a clear shot.

As for the woman and holding the guns sideways.

He's probably being charged because this is in Milwaukee.
