![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | The Perp raised the gun so the clerk was most justified in shooting. After an altercation with fists and a bat just walking back in with the gun in his hand is enough justification for me. I'm not going to give him the chance to shoot me if I were the clerk. The only reason the perp didn't shoot the clerk is because the clerk saw him coming and had sights on him as he walked up to the counter. Clerk without gun drawn in that situation is most likely a dead clerk.
