Josh:

1. You have a keeper in that one.
2. What an awesome development.
3. I'm glad it went well.
4. Does she have a sister?

The above quote is a classic.

Great developments for your wife's approach to guns

O.K., outside of me getting attention from Barney in Wheatfield, Indiana (4 years ago and I've been carrying for 20 years), do we have any reports of anyone being hassled for open carry?

I don't think a vast majority of people in this state give two you-know-whats if anyone carries or not.

ryan, hey, get in line!!!

Carrying at a synagogue in Bloomington? Openly?

Wow. That takes some cajones. Or chutzpah. Or some other non-English word.

Seriously, Bloomington places of worship have seen some rough stuff in the past.

Remember the serial shooter from several years ago who hit the Korean church there? I think he shot up a couple of other places as well, ending up in Chicago, if I recall correctly. Several deaths were involved.

So.......... Good for you!

Sorry you had dealings with that cowardly killer nutcase in the past. I had no idea, or I wouldn't have been so flippant. I'm glad he did not target you, or any of your members, when he went on his tour of murder.

I don't blame you for neither confirming or denying, or seeking "official" approval for an armed security detail.

I get the feeling that at least one of you are in the habit of keeping an observant eye on the coming and goings around your synagogue........
