![]() ![]() ![]() | Not shopping at Hobby Lobby anymore So the wife and I went to Hobby Lobby the other day here in Lafayette and I noticed a sign on their entrance that said something along the lines of "We reserve the right to search any person, their vehicles, and their baggage at any time for any reason." I pointed this out to my wife and she was appalled. Suffice to say, we'll never be going there again. Now, of course, there is no way I'd ever let them search me. They can ask me to leave if they want and I would oblige, but the only one searching me is a LEO with a warrant or probable cause. And God help them if they were to try to detain me. The law doesn't look too kindly on kidnapping. |
