![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Brookville Lake area camping Anyone know of any oddities that I might need to be aware of when camping there? I always carry OC and didn't know if anyone had run into any prior issues or concerns. Thanks!

![]() ![]() | I would call the DNR office there and check before you do anything. Remember, Brookville lake and the surrounding land is Army Corp or Engineers land that is only managed by the DNR, not DNR owned. Last I heard, unless you are hunting, firearms are not permitted on Army Corp land and our LTCH permits hold no weight. With that being said, concealed is concealed right? If your camping and minding your own business it is highly unlikely you will even see a DNR officer let alone interact with one. I would not recomend OC without checking the rules first. |

![]() | People open carry in town, I heard about this new ordanace about not carrying on town property, so I would be careful about that, Im not sure I would open carry in the park because it is US Army Corp of Engineers property, which is aparently Federal property. |
