^^There was a bill introduced into the State House of Representatives to do this. House Bill 1126

Unfortunately, that sorry excuse for a waste of human flesh currently sitting in the Speaker's office assigned the bill (along with some others) to a committee that never met. No meeting=no discussion=no vote=no new law.

Pat Bauer needs to be removed from the Speaker's chair, from the legislature, and indeed, from political life as a whole. Let him live out the remainder of his days in obscurity.

In case it's not obvious... I'm not a big fan of the anti-rights, anti-American views he holds.
