It looks as though they are getting faster about issuing them. Mine took about 10 weeks and when I called the state police to check on it the lady said that they were all hand done and it just took awhile.

LTCH in my hands June 29.

11 Weeks since applying, but only 5 Weeks since going to ISP. Glad it's a wait I'll never have to go through again.

My four year permit expires in October so I thought I might as well apply for the lifetime. Did my application online and mailed the finger print card and money order today, we'll see how long it takes.

My girlfriend sent her check 5/26 and got her lifetime today (6/30).

Mailed lifetime in May 15th and i was gone last week but it was here when i got back today and it says it was mailed June 25th
