Most of us probably have alcohol here in the house with our guns. Besides he could have several friends going along and if its over the entire weekend. No big deal as long he's being responsible with his firearms during the trip.

OC in Fishers and surrounding area, have had LEO approach several times, ask where I shoot now that no pistols/rifles allowed at Indian Gun Club, never had an issue. Even OC when training for Spring/Fall Marathons, had one stop and asked how I liked the Fobus while running!

The cops where cool! Camping went great! Me+alchy+guns=no issues. Its the rest of the world that scares me. So for those concerned, all firearms (except my carry) was locked in the truck untill morning. (Ammo was in a locked can) I have carried since i was 21. Turtle! Turtle!
