I tried searching forums, and ATF site and cannot tell if I can. I plan on traveling to multiple states at different times, so I completed one for each final destination, and any interim destination.

Do not want to include them all in the same envelope then get some denial because they were confused on what I wanted.

I mailed out a 5320.20 recently to travel to FL and GA. I mailed them in the same envelope. I got approved.

Just remember you need to send 2 for each state.

Or ...... just send multiple envelopes.... all you would be out is 52 cents or however much a stamp costs now....

I always send them out in separate envelopes to avoid confusion...
they always come back in one envelope.
so I believe you would be fine sending them together, really...

I have always separated them. In my experience, not creating confusion is worth the extra stamp.

    I object!

The counselor has eluded to a collection of HK 9x guns, but shows disdain towards "HK Fanboys". Now, he appears to have experience filling out 5320's. It might be time for discovery. I don't recall anything from the NFA pic thread. :)

I send mine all together. 4 instances of the form for each state (due to quantity of items), times two copies per instance, times 3 states. Lots of paper. They always get it right so far.
