Moving out of state. Form question

So I'm moving to Michigan and taking a suppressor with me. I have used all the Google-fu I have and I'm coming up short. The only info I see is use form 5320.20 for interstate travel. What form do I use to make a permanent change of address or do I just notify in writing??

You still use the 5320.20 for a permanent change of address. In section 2 select permanent, and in section 3 you put the days it will be in transit.

How long does it normally take to get these forms back?

usually 2 weeks or less... haven't done one in a while so I don't know current delays.
