Does anyone have the Phone # to contact the ATF to see how far along there on a SBR application? Also when do they cash the $200.00 check?

I don't know myself, but I would suggest asking your dealer for it.

They cash the check in Atlanta, then forward the forms to West Virginia. The check cashing is at the very beginning of the process.

If you look at the "ticker" in Scutter01's signature in this thread, (or many, many other threads for that matter) you'll see how long he's been waiting on a tax stamp for his suppressor since they cashed his check.

Also, before you call, they'll need the serial # of the suppressor to look up the paperwork.

I was told they can't do it with a last name.
