Lets keep a running tab on how our NFA submittals are going. I like to look at these on other sites, so lets do our own!

Copy and paste the following into your reply, then fill in the appropriate info.

1. NFA Item: (SBR, MG, etc.)
2. Form Type: Form 1, Form 4, etc.
3. Transferee Type: (Corporate, Individual, Dealer, Etc.)
4. Forms Sent: (date you dropped them in the mailbox)
5. Pending Date:
6. Approved Date:
7. Forms Received: (date you/your dealer received the forms)
8. Transferror/Maker Letter: (first letter of Last Name or Corporation Name of Transferor for Form 4's, or of Maker (you) for Form 1's)
9. Examiner Name: (name of NFA Examiner)*
