I found you by researching Kirk Freeman and found a conversation you two had back in Nov. about local gun shops.

He is only open from 2pm-6pm Mon.-Fri. but also runs the print shop in the same bldg, and can SOMETIMES be talked into ducking away from the printer and doing a friend a favor by opening the gunshop early, or just transfer for one...
I'm also local, been here all my life, off & on.
Oh yeah, I also told Kirk, I just found a shooting range just south of Lafayette, but I know VERY little about it yet. It's called Quail Run Sportsmans Club, and they are having a BBQ/ Ducks Unlimited "Fun Shoot" this Sat. and I have been invited to show up and introduce myself for a "grand tour".
