    Can someone tell me why there is a 5mb cap on attached pictures?

    The better question is why are you uploading such enormous pictures instead of re-sizing them to a web-friendly size first. Seems to be commonplace these days though. :ugh:

    Very nice hatchet. You did a nice job on it. What did you use to clean up the blade?

    I soaked the bit in vinegar for a few days, then scrubbed it with steel wool. After of which I neutralized it with baking soda, and then polished it using various grades of sandpaper (down to 600 grit). The rust blue finish was put on using Mark Lee Express Blue.
