WTS Marlin Model 39 TDS RARE!!!

I have a Marlin 39 TDS (takedown) 22 LR lever action. My Father gave me this gun to teach my son's how to shoot. They are all grown and gone and it just sets in the safe. I don't know much about these Marlins and I'm sure there are some experts on this site so feel free to chime in.
I do know that they are considered rare and collectable by Marlin collectors. This particular gun has a inlaid "deputy sheriff" badge in the stock and I installed a Simmons 3X9 scope on it for the boys. Comes with the factory case. It is in excellent condition. $850.00 And Please no trades.

I thought they were all takedowns Mine is and so were the 2 I saw at south Bend today, no medialians in the stocks though

just looked up in blue book the 39tds is the carbine version of the 39as
the 39as has 24in barrel and tds is 16.5in made from 1988-1995 some free info
