![]() ![]() | WTS Charter Arms Undercover .38 Snubby CANCELLED Hate to do this, but need money.... This is a Charter Arms and NOT Charter 2000 (which means new owners and great quality...) This USA made revolver is as new, has had exactly 20 rounds through it, all were flawless. I found some NEW original undercover walnut grips for it and put them on for the classic snubby look. Also comes with the factory rubber grips. Charter Arms claims this to be the most compact .38 snub out there, and it weighs only 16 ozs. Frame is steel and is a solid design unlike with the relatively weak S&W sideplate- therefore they're able to get a better strength to weight ratio. Anyway, I have a like new Uncle Mike's IWB holster with it as well. Asking $275 firm to move quick, you won't be disappointed with this little guy and it pains me to get rid of it.... ![]() ![]() And in the rubber outfit: ![]() ![]() Thanks for looking!! Andy

![]() ![]() | From Charter Arms Site: Q. Can I shoot +P in my .38 revolver? A.Charter .38's are among the smallest revolvers in this caliber. Yes they can handle +P but we do not recommend it for the following reasons: +P ammo requires a four-inch minimum barrel to burn the extra powder. Therefore, in a two-inch barrel the extra powder is burned after the bullet leaves the barrel creating more recoil and making it harder to come back to target. We recommend a standard velocity load and practice with round nose lead rounds which are the least expensive. When you load for protection, use a jacketed or hollow point in the same grain you practice with.

![]() ![]() | According to the website, it has a stainless steel frame (all other specs here too): Charter Undercover #13820 So, they call it "blue", but I'm guessing it is some sort of teflon/Duracoat-like finish, but I could be totally wrong. It actually looks like a dark parkerize, being that it is matte. I honestly cannot say for sure though what it is.
