Supporter messaging

Hello
I am hoping that you can help me. I sent the member mentioned in the subscription page a message as stated in info for us newbies but once again it says I can't message anyone. I then try messaging a moderator as it states in my message saying i cant message withou the 50 post. I'm trying my best to navigate my way around this forum but having difficulties....can you help?....who do I message per subscription page info?...
