![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | INGO Fire Mission! Folks, we have an INGO member here who is currently serving in Afghanistan and somehow managing to log in as best he can to stay connected with us back home. Now it is our turn to stay connected with him and his fellow troops up on the line. I have his APO and an address for his family back here in Indiana. What I want, and fully expect, is for some of my fellow INGO members (and ESPECIALLY ANY MEMBERS OF THE BLOOMINGTON AREA MUTUAL SUPPORT GROUP) to lend a hand on both the war front and the home front. We need to quickly get some supplies out this guys way. Food and snacks are great, but reading materials are better. I will do my best to get him an Indiana State flag in the first box I send out, as well as yummies. Magazines, especially GUN MAGS are most appreciated. For those who have not done this before there are flat rate boxes and procedures for sending stuff over to him that I can help explain. Sending stuff overseas is SLOW so we need to get on this fast as we have about a 4-5 month window to saturate his AO with stuff to fill time and bellies with. On the home front, he has left a wife and three kids here in Indiana. I, personally, think Santa needs to be as giving as is possible if you get my drift. Nothing overwhelming here, just some stuff as best we can organize - again time is of the essence. If you are able to help in any way, PM me. If you are in Bloomington, PM me and I can make this really easy by handling all the mailing out myself and all you need to do is drop stuff off at my office (how hard can that be). IU students - sorry, we cannot send beer, pron, or any other thing that is normal to your life... Seriously guys, PM me ASAP. I expect work and results here! Thanks, techres *************** Update #1 ************** The ages of the kids are: Boy 9 Girl 6 Girl 5 Mom of course is eternally young! In order to not reproduce efforts, feel free to mention whom you sent stuff off to. BUT keep in mind - Dad is watching so hopefully he will be able to keep a secret or two from the little ones. I will pass out addresses on a one on one basis via PM and not openly for obvious security reasons. And anyone sending anything inappropriate on any level will be hunted down. I will try to update this OP with stars next to the kids names as reports come in. Thanks again, techres
