Less reps per day?

Ok, I'll admit it, I have handed out alot of rep today (alot great posts, not whores). But it didn't seem like more than usual. Today was only the second time (first was the rep whore thread) that I ran out.

So my question is, is there a lower cap on rep then there was, say, 2 months ago?

i didn't know there was any limit but i dont think ive ever given 2 in one day.
