Giving rep points

how do i give rep points?

click on the little scale on the left side of the persons post

You will see "online" then the scale then a red triangle with a "!" in it.

Then you can leave either positive or negative rep, depending on how you feel about the post. You can also leave a comment telling that person why you gave them rep.
