    Death of children by firearms

“Lord, make me fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those that wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be "if I only had my gun"!
And Lord, if today is truly the day that you call me home,
LET ME DIE IN A PILE OF EMPTY BRASS!”

This is great news, but it is tragic that any child dies.

Very interesting pie chart. I for one am going to keep my kids at home with the loaded guns and not let them ride in a car or go swimming. Of course they will have to sleep on a bare mattress in the middle of the floor because I can't risk giving them a pillow or blanket. Might get cold because I don't want to risk a fire hazard from the space heater.

Yeah, run the numbers though. The numbers don't add up. If you add all the percentages they come out to 100%, But if you calculate the percentage from the numbers given, It's actually LESS Than one percent. It's just barely over 1/2 of a percent (0.64 percent).

We can do more. Mandatory firearms education in all government schools.

Sounds like more pillow education is needed too! Remember... if pillows are outlawed, only outlaws will be well-rested.

I hope the pediatricians will become more concerned with pillows in the home and less concerned with firearms.
