Indiana carry doesnt work in Ohio.soo?

So your Indiana carry permit doesn't transfer if you travel into Ohio... Does anyone know if you can have it in the trunk of your car or something?

Unloaded, in a locked case, separated from the ammo. A loaded mag is considered a loaded firearm.

When do you leave for Ohio?

Perhaps you should apply for a Florida license so you may carry lawfully there?
Once more, with feeling, "am I free to go?"

You can OC, though, is that correct?

But you can't be driving even with the gun in an OWB holster and visible? That would be considered carrying concealed since you are driving?

Get a Florida license, Utah license, or become one of the king's men.

Or wait a few months when they return for their fall session. I'm from Ohio, go there 4 or more times per year. By this time next year I fully expect to be able to carry in the Buckeye state.

Or that, but I'm not holding my breath. I go to Cincinnati too often and I'm smart enough to know that if I go, I better be armed to carry. I used to live there and thank God I was able to move back to Indiana.

Welcome to INGO, the search button is at the top. A quick search for "Ohio" came up with this:

    Carrying in Ohio

Ohio travel - please clarify gun rights

    Out of state hotel stays
