    As for the water guns, that crap..... They are missing a very real point of instruction in that toys are not firearms. The brightly colored water gun can't be confused with a Glock.

    But that's age discrimination. Just "scouts". Wait. Someone might find that offensive. I think the government will need to take that over and find some politically correct, all inclusive name.

    We've got at least one person in INGO who has been vocal that inert hunks of plastic shaped like guns must be treated like guns.
