    Hate to gear about a fellow gun person hurting themselves like this. I sure do enjoy my legs...glad I didn't discount the warning on the Tannerite instructions that said to not use a metal container. Blowing up metal things is probably ok too, as long as you dig your foxhole first and then duck really fast after shooting!

    Doesn't tannerite say on the package to maintain 100 yards distance?

    IIRC it is 100 yards/meters per half-pound portion...that guy apparently packed three pounds into the disabled yard tractor. The recommended stand-off distance would be six hundred yards...or just over a third of a mile.
