Bear Arms Gun Safe sale

Thinking about putting one in layaway at Rural king its on sale right now until April 2 for 499.00 100 bucks off, and it holds up to 24 guns fire rating at 1400 or 1200 for 40min, overall it looks pretty solid most of the reviews I have read says good things about the safe. Has anybody had any personal experience with the model safe? and if so what are the pros and the cons....Thanks
