It's always fun to check out the new products unveiled each year from SHOT. I'm looking forward to the SilencerCo Maxim9 and Q's two new rifles(Honey Badger 2.0 & The Fix). What say you?

I don't know about anything that is going to be unveiled at the SHOT show, but the newer Vortex PST 1-6 is on my radar for this year along with the Trijicon 1-8 I see coming out (although that will likely be out of my price range). I also just saw Seekins put up some one piece scope mounts on their sight that sold out almost immediately. I may have to get one of those to top one of my ARs.

I'm sorry. Is this a thing? It feels like a solution in search of a problem, but I'm not really Tommy Tactical.

Has anyone ever been in a tactical situation with a semi-auto and thought, "I really wish this was a bolt gun." Or, had a bolt gun and thought, "I really wish this stock could fold."

Looks cool as heck. Wouldn't turn one down if it was given to me. But, is there a real market for this "game changer." (BTW, I'm really beginning to hate that expression.)

Had some great meetings. Was my first SHOT Show. It was a lot more enjoyable to me than the NRA show.

I caught a glimpse of a Seekins Precision bolt action receiver on a post somewhere. As a Seekins fan I need more info on that.

From what I've seen online there's only two new Guns or variations of Guns that interest me. The new mossberg 14.5 whatever you want to call it looked like an awesome backpacking gun until I saw it was 5 pounds. Probably makes it more pleasant to shoot, but not hike with.

The other is the new savage MSR 10 in 308. I could care less about the side charging but if it's a reliable 308 auto and asee accurate as their bolt Guns that'll be on my list.
