    Fascistic idiots.

Regulations on e-cigarettes take effect today | PIX 11

Starting Tuesday, electronic cigarettes will be treated the same as tobacco cigarettes under the Smoke-Free Air Act signed into law by Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

Proponents of the law say they’re are aimed at preventing the re-glamorization of smoking particularly among teenagers who could see them as a gateway to tobacco-based cigarettes.

Plumb silly! They also have nicotine-free cartriges for the e-cigs. However, that fact is never mentioned in these type of articles.

Isnt that like non alcoholic beer? Why vape a nicotine free e-cig? So you can look like a damn fool?

There is still secondhand exposure to nicotine from these things when used indoors. Sure, you dont get the smoke, but there is still nicotine released into the air.

Next they will ban oxygen tanks as they could contain pure air and that could be a gateway to polluted air.
