| Check your 6 ![]() | I could not resist ordering 3 of the factory glock 19 mags for $10 a piece (used / non-drop free). Now I just need to buy a glock... $37 shipped for a pair of safety glasses and 3 15 round magazines sounds good to me! Edit: Should have added a few +2 extensions since it didn't change the shipping price. Oh well.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Slacker, you have me intrigued with your post. I was gonna do the exact same, but if you are talking about product #GLO1915D for $9.99 apiece (used), it says they are NON-DROP. Their new, factory, 4th gen mags were out of stock. I was heart-broken. |

| Check your 6 ![]() | Glock 19 9mm 15rd Non-Drop Factory Mag USED GLO1915D Those are the ones that I got, I figure for $10 it was a great deal even if they have a little wear on them.

| Check your 6 ![]() | I just edited my post, to tell you the truth I didn't know what the difference was until I just did a little google work. I guess I would prefer the drop-free as well, but hey for $10 beggers can't be choosers ![]()

| Check your 6 ![]() | I got my 3 used glock 19 15 round magazines today. They are all in nice shape, one has a red nailpolish stripe on the bottom, but they all seem to feed well. They are the all plastic "no-drop" magazines, but they seem to drop better out of my new G19 than the metal-lined ones that came with the gun. For $10 a piece they were a great deal, I should have ordered more!

1) "Drop Free" and "Non-Drop Free" are descriptors made up by the American gun industry and are not entirely accurate. I've seen "Non-Drop Free" mags that do, and "Drop Free" mags that don't. 2) GLOCK calls the earlier mags with the U-shaped notch "Non-Full Metal Lined" (NFML) and the later/current mags with the square notch "Full Metal Lined" (FML). This points to the difference in construction between the two; NFML mags have a metal liner on 3 sides (the front is unlined), while FML mags have a metal liner on all 4 sides. The very first G17 mags were all plastic (no liner), but GLOCK switched to the NFML design by the time the gun was approved for sale in the US. Quote:

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Slacker, I meant to tell you about htis deal when you were here earlier this week. I've bought several mags fro my Kel Tec SUB2000 that uses Glock 22 mags from CDNN. They have all been good deals most showing very littel wear. Be careful of teh +2 extensions if you got them. They came free with my first order and I have had a couple of them come loose, like as in basepad, spring follower, bullets spraying out of the gun when loading! I also found the one I keep loaded in my carbine hhad come apart while sitting. The lips that qrap around teh mag body are not as substantial as the factory Glock Mags and teh plastic seems to flex easier than the factory. I'm going trhough and re-installing all of my original basepads as I find them. It's not worth two extra rounds to worry about having a functional magazine if it's ever used for self defense! Doug K ps hope you are enjoying the Mossy! |
