2 Gunshow listings

Nov 1 & 2 is the Lafayette show at the Fairgrounds

Nov 8 & 9 is the Kokomo show at the Civic Center (US 31)

Both shows run by the same guy and they are kinda poopy but it kills time!

I am planning on setting up for my hometown show.

Anyone have any ideas how much it costs for the Lafayette show?

All CIG shows admission is 5 buck$. I have never seen where he picks a place that charge to park.

are they essentially the same show at different locations? They lafayette show over the summer wasn't bad. I just went to fondle potential purchases, didn't bring any money and i bought whole 5 rounds of ammo.

Basically they are the same but pick up different dealers from show to show.

Dan does seem to have a core of dealers at his shows. but always manages to pick up some different ones at different shows, so you never know what you will find. I have made some good buys at both the Lafayette show and the Kokomo show. Will definately hit Lafayette, but unfortunately will be out of town for Kokomo. Rats!

That's too bad as I am doing the Kokomo show and have to pass on Lafayette as that is my weekend to have my kids.

The Kokomo show is pretty small, but I've gotten some real good buys on ammo there. There's often a jem to find there too...I once got a really nice Dutch contract Browning m1922 there for a real nice price.

So yeah, I'll pop by to take a look around.

KokomoDave, where and what will be you be setting up?

I don't have a regular spot as I usually set-up just at the 1500 but I am the only Korean Hillbilly at the show!

I'll be on the lookout for a Korean Hillbilly then.

I'll be the only Polish Taiwanese guy there.

I'm sort of torn...do I need a high cap pistol or do I just go for ammo and mags...decisions decisions...
