Has forum membership increased since the election?

This is mostly for Admin & Mods:

Has forum membership increased since the elections? I know applications for LTCH have skyrocketed, so I was curious if forum membership is doing the same.

Hopefully people do their homework and become educated in addition to just going out and getting their permits.

I am one of the newer faces here. The election didn't have anything to do with me joining here. I joined as soon as I found out about the site. I started logging on and posting here more due to the disruption and controversies on what used to be my main gun site - The High Road.

It might have driven some people to the site, but we've been growing pretty steadily and regularly since about July, I'd say. Our original goal was 1000 members by the end of the year, but we surpassed that months ago.

I'm pretty new here. I didn't join for any election related reasons. I think i just wanted to talk with local people and see what other hoosiers are shooting these days. I'd like to join a range next year so i thought this would be a great place to start.

I joined because I saw a link on another nongun forum.
Election fuled my purchases though.
Applying for CCP has long been overdue for me.

I joined because i recently bought a house, and it got me thinking of home defense. Nothing to do with election.
