So I was sitting reading this catalog, and I saw.... a interesting image.

So I went online, and I found... voila. It was there too.

I... had to laugh. Hopefully you will too.

Looks like holdover is right at the muzzle.

And that is the worst looking AR I've EVER seen.

    No muzzle device, fail
    Cheapy rail, fail
    Fixed carry handle upper, fail
    Incorrectly mounted riser, fail
Mounting a scope on a fixed carry handle, fail
    Ugly revolver grip, fail
Clipping a single-point sling to the rear-most attachment point, fail

You know, I sorta' like that pistol grip. Ugly as homemade sin, but it'd be comfortable.

Of course, I think the 1911 grip would probably show it up for me, just a bit.

It's a Pachmayr grip for the AR-15. I have one on my mid-length RRA. It's comfortable for me. A very solid piece too.
Oh, and mine has a fixed carry handle too. :D

Regarding the picture fail. I think I could have mounted that scope with mount better than that in the dark.

So other than that, Mrs.Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play? :):

I must be blind I do not understand this sling or use

As pictured above, that sling is not being properly used. It is a single-point sling, but its being attached to a rear attachment point for a 2-point sling.

Here is what it should look like:

Yeah I have one on my AR also. The best part of people on this forum making fun of things is most of them show how little they truly know about certain parts available. Try to find one of those handgrips for an AR now. I liked mine so much, I did try. The cheapest one I could find at the time was $75 and it was in England of all places.

Does that make it any less ugly? :D

ETA: this place says "in stock soon" for $48. http://www.glockworld.com/item/7336_Pachmayr_Grips_Pads_Stocks_PAC_GRIP_COLT_AR15_.aspx
