That's an interesting revolver Ka-Boom. The one's I've seen, typically, blow off the cylinder chamber and parts of the ones on each side.

Wheew!...Had a very similar thing happen years ago with a Smith & Wesson Sigma.(POS)... though Smith & Wesson did good on their warranty and sent me a different newer gun.

Ouch, My brother took his high dollar shotgun out last new years and somehow got a little snow in the barrel. Blew the last 10 inchs of it out like a elmer fudd cartoon.

This might be an indication of quality control gone bad. 25 years ago you would have never heard about this in a S&W.
