joke. best indicator is they talk about compressing jp8, a liquid. if i remember chemistry right, you can't do that under any conditions found on earth. also, the whole thing kinda sounds purposely tongue-in-cheek to me.

The Duffel Bag is like the military version of the Onion. Read some of the other articles they have, and you will see. One talks about dropping M&Ms from helos, but found out they were killing civilians when the M&M bag hit the ground and exploded chocolate shrapnel
