Yeah, after reading it again...it seems kind of incomplete. I get auto news updates and a few articles popped up at 1pm regarding the license of the store getting yanked...hmmm.

I'm not trying to be the bad guy here. I think the media is being is too lazy and not writing new stories.

Actually, this article was from January when BATFE originally went in. I'm pointing out that the 60 period is over and that the shop/owner actually lost their license.

No, my story is from an hour ago...your story is from January. The link I posted refers to the 60 days being up for the store to deal with the yanking of the license in January.

Now that the 60 days is up and the store didn't appeal...no more license.
