Fort Liberty today

Was down in Avon today and stopped in at Fort Liberty, nice place very friendly but needs more of a selection of guns.

That is how it was when i was there. They were all very nice but just need more guns.

Same here. They're still a new store, though, so it'll take them awhile to ramp up.

Tried to trade a Walther PPKS SS 380 and cash for a Sig or Springfield, I was offered $260.00 for a new in the box gun. I had two and wanted to get something different. I carry a PPS now and have no need for two PPKS's. I told Liberty that price was low on the trade in and was told no one else would give me more.
Left and went to Plainfield Shooting and Bob gave me $400.00 for my trade and I walked out with a Springfield XD-M after handing Bob a little cash.
Liberty seemed to talk down to me, I have had a FFL for ten years and done repairs for almost all Firearm companys. Only gave up my FFL because of zoning rules in the area I now live in. Also I saw that some of Libertys guns seem to be used but aren't marked used and have new pricing on them. I know they are new but they have to buy and sell at market price. They have Plainfield, Braids and others close by. I still don't know why I go anywhere else but Plainfield. I always seem to end up buying at Plainfield.

It's right next to US36.

seriously though, It's on the South side of 36, West of that car used car dealership at 36 and Dan Jones. There is also a hotel and the BP gas station there, Liberty is West of all of it.
