I keep it as a subtle link, those that care to can watch it.

Those that care not, well, c'est la guerre.

Some don't want to know. The reality is too much.

Some don't want you to know. The reality is too costly.

My sister is an attorney, I challenged her to show me the law. That was 4 years ago.

Yes, it's an eye opener. It will take a while to get your "head" around what we have always been told vs what is the truth. It, however, is time well spent.

And just the tip of the Iceberg.

Most of what I have learned about this issue came from another web board. I'm not a lawyer nor a financial guru. I'm just a simple old car mechanic making his way the only way he knows how.

If anyone cares, here is a link to that site Gold & Silver Forum

like anything else, you gotta glean what you can use and the rest is fertilizer.

Well if it does nothing else, it should pique your curiosity and make you search out answers. We should all write our Congressmen and Representatives and see if we get an answer.

Asking what? Where the hell is our money going? lol or the big one about who owns the fed(I got an answer for that on the feds own website...the movie is correct..it is owned by bankers and it states on there own web page for that ownership they get a guaranteed 6% dividend, but yet to own it you must have a bank.It is not publicly traded stock.I would kill for a guaranteed 6% dividend right now.

Everyone I would like to thank DodgebyDave(post right above this one).it was the link in his profile that lead me to start this thread.I feel more educated, more outraged, and more let down than I ever have been by our government, but it is better to know the truth than to live a lie. Please rep DodgebyDave for shinning a light of truth. To be honest the tax thing is not a fight I am ready to undertake(something about a 4x8 cell does not appeal to me),but the federal reserve(aka bankers reserve)is something I will be more than happy to take on.

16th Amendment
In 1895, in the Supreme Court case of Pollock v Farmer's Loan and Trust (157 U.S. 429), the Court disallowed a federal tax on income from real property. The tax was designed to be an indirect tax, which would mean that states need not contribute portions of a whole relative to its census figures. The Court, however, ruled that the tax was a direct tax and subject to apportionment. This was the last in a series of conflicting court decisions dating back to the Civil War. Between 1895 and 1909, when the amendment was passed by Congress, the Court began to back down on its position, as it became clear not only to accountants but to everyone that the solvency of the nation was in jeopardy. In a series of cases, the definition of "direct tax" was modified, bent, twisted, and coaxed to allow more taxation efforts that approached an income tax.

Finally, with the ratification of the 16th Amendment, any doubt was removed. The text of the Amendment makes it clear that though the categories of direct and indirect taxation still exist, any determination that income tax is a direct tax will be irrelevant, because taxes on incomes, from salary or from real estate, are explicitly to be treated as indirect. The Congress passed the Amendment on July 12, 1909, and it was ratified on February 3, 1913 (1,302 days).
http://www.treasury.gov/education/fact-sheets/taxes/ustax.shtml
By 1913, 36 States had ratified the 16th Amendment to the Constitution. In October, Congress passed a new income tax law with rates beginning at 1 percent and rising to 7 percent for taxpayers with income in excess of $500,000. Less than 1 percent of the population paid income tax at the time. Form 1040 was introduced as the standard tax reporting form and, though changed in many ways over the years, remains in use today.
One of the problems with the new income tax law was how to define "lawful" income. Congress addressed this problem by amending the law in 1916 by deleting the word "lawful" from the definition of income. As a result, all income became subject to tax, even if it was earned by illegal means. Several years later, the Supreme Court declared the Fifth Amendment could not be used by bootleggers and others who earned income through illegal activities to avoid paying taxes. Consequently, many who broke various laws associated with illegal activities and were able to escape justice for these crimes were incarcerated on tax evasion charges.
Prior to the enactment of the income tax, most citizens were able to pursue their private economic affairs without the direct knowledge of the government. Individuals earned their wages, businesses earned their profits, and wealth was accumulated and dispensed with little or no interaction with government entities. The income tax fundamentally changed this relationship, giving the government the right and the need to know about all manner of an individual or business' economic life. Congress recognized the inherent invasiveness of the income tax into the taxpayer's personal affairs and so in 1916 it provided citizens with some degree of protection by requiring that information from tax returns be kept confidential.

Amendment XVI

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several states, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

Seems thats the law everyone is looking for.

This has been around for awhile and is an excellent video however short of armed insurrection I'm afraid that we are stuck with the IRS & the Fed

"Our Elected Representatives" are never going to give control of OUR MONEY back willingly. Remember when "Term Limits" was the hue and cry - What Happened?

There are examples of this posted all over the Internet. One theory I ran across a year ago was the assassination of Lincoln and Kennedy based on the fact they challenged the legitimacy of the Reserve. Those two men tested the resolve of of those that approved of the Reserve and paid the cost.
Kennedy
Lincoln

Now hopefully all fully understand why the recent "bail-out" runs by the government. Bankers stand to gain 6% on their" investment". How many in the Congressional portion of our government are affiliated with "banks"? We don't run this country, greed runs it.
