So.....does IN need to pass a similar law to VA's (if IN hasn't already)?

Looks to me like the Feds are over-stepping their bounds again.

What are your thoughts on this?

State level nullification - I'd like to see a lot more of this happening.

this would be groovy! except they all want to jump from state to federal so they wont rock the boat it seems

Would the Federal Govt really care what the states pass if they thought you were a high security risk? Im surprized those guys plotting to bomb that bridge (in Ohio was it?) werent taken out by missiles, that seems to be the method of choice abroad for "suspected terrorists."
