 | RICO was the first thing I thought of when I saw the videos. It might be a stretch based on the current information, but I'd be willing to bet that an in-depth investigation into ACORN and it's employees would find a few other questionable incidents. If ACORN workers would respond as they did to such a blatant entreaty for assistance in an ongoing criminal enterprise, surely there are other skeletons out there, waiting to be found. Problem is, until the political wind shifts, it would take a very brave or stupid prosecutor to go all out against them, with all of the political dimensions involved. If, and only if, the politicos turn completely from ACORN will any wide ranging criminal probes be possible, I'm afraid.
