Great,... send the terrorists to all the other nuts and fruitcakes. Then, put up one big barbed wire fence around the whole state. Maybe something like the Berlin Wall?

This is one instance where I'm pro environmentalism.
I say instead of spending so many resources on these terrorists, we go the minimal route.
Don't waste money on housing and don't waste money on caskets either.
Take these terrorist out on a cruise into the middle of the ocean.
Dip them into a huge vat of pigs blood and then make them walk the plank.
That way we are saving lots of money and recycling at the same time.
