Even better news: the Turkish Navy is escorting the next Freedom Flotilla to protect it from the Israeli pirates. The Israelis have no right to board another ship in international waters, and if the Israelis enter Gaza waters, Hamas can permit the Turkish Navy to repel and sink all Israeli intruding vessels.

I can't stop laughing over Savage Eagle's comment that condemnation of Israel's crimes is a minority view. I would suggest that more gun owners closely follow international news and opinion.

Its still early...give it time. It is amazing that nobody is asking why the people on the sixth ship attacked the soldiers. The first five ships went along peacefully but the sixth crew and people fought. Why is that? Also, I can't blame Israel for searching the ship since it is a well known fact that weapons are constantly brought in by "aid" ships as well as snuck through the tunnels. Israel has to take whatever steps needed to protect itself and we need to stay out of it or help them stay secure.

America was attacked on 9/11 and our response was to invade 2 countries and kill thousands of people who were responsible and how many civilians by accident? Israel has been attacked hundreds of times by rocket fire and suicide bombers and only do calculated retaliation. If I were our leader it would be my decision to nuke the whole middle east to preserve the safety and way of life of America if that is what it took. Personally, I think Israel is showing great restraint in their actions and if it weren't for cowards like the French it would not be an issue.

Careful, check the history records... Empires that turn their backs on Israel no longer exist.

As others have said, wait till all the facts are out. Israel gets about as much support in the world as conservatives do in the US. Perhaps less.

Actually I thought I read somewhere that Israel DOES have the right to stop and inspect boats heading into Gaza. Can't remember where I got that, though.

Ya know, I just don't get the anti-Israel sentiments I'm seeing these days. They are surrounded on all sides by enemies who want to destroy them, have to deal with constant cowardly rocket attacks and bombings, and yet they're the ones being compared to Nazi Germany. Never mind that that the Mufti himself was part of the "Final Solution".

I've never understood anti-Semitism, but even more baffling to me is the Israel-bashing. It doesn't make you seem smart or able to understand both sides of the equation. It doesn't make you more compassionate. It makes you a useful idiot playing right into the hands of the people who want them gone.... and even long after Israel is gone, they STILL WON'T BE YOUR FRIENDS no matter how much you take their side. The only way you will be their friends is with your conversion to Islam or your head rolling down the street.
