Been a rough couple of days but I got my first Kentucky gobbler of 2015 down this afternoon. My hunting partner got one yesterday so we've got two more to go before we head home and try to get one apiece at home.

We doubled up this morning, these two came in to the decoys right around 7am.

Que - I wrap the breasts in bacon and smoke them after brining them overnight, my family can't get enough of it.

Fordtough25 - We're both shooting Benelli Super Black Eagles and the 3.5" Winchester Longbeard XR #6. With a good choke they're easily a 50 yard gun.
