Currently have a stainless OACP but want a full stainless Defender.
problem is, the stainless Defender has an alloy frame.
Options:
1: Buy a Defender and have the slide swapped onto my OACP frame.
Initial price would be high to buy the defender, but could mate the left over alloy frame & OACP slide for a LW OACP.
Would have to get a refinish job so the Defender slide and OACP frame would match
2: Buy a defender barrel and have the slide of my OACP cut down to house the defender barrel.
Cost would be lower and slide would match since it is original to the frame
Not sure if this would actually work
