DPMS LR308 Upper Receiver Replacement

I hope that I am not violating any rules with this post. I have a DPMS LR308 that came with a smooth side upper receiver. I recently purchased an Aero Precision replacement upper receiver with the shell deflector, forward assist and dust cover and a new bolt carrier group with the serrations. I need to find someone who could change out the parts for me in the Indianapolis area. I live in Camby. If you are qualified and interested or know where I might find someone who is, I would greatly appreciate some help. Thank you.

Thank you. When I get the parts changed out, I will have no use for the old receiver. The rifle has never been fired in the many years that I have owned it. I would like to keep the BCG, however.
