Price and Availability of Mac 10's in 9mm?

I got to looking over the '94 Assault Weapons ban, and guess what was on it... the Ingrahm(sp) Mac-10 machine pistol and Intratec 9 machine pistol.

I was wondering what the price and availability of the MAc 10 in 9x19 would be?

Note: interested in the semi-auto model with the 20/32 round mag.

Most current production semi auto "MAC" pistols in 9mm will be an M11. The current production MAC-10 or M10 will be .45acp.
